I didn't lose weight for my wedding, but I did get engaged in July. No date yet!

I really want a vintage wedding dress. I LOVE how the clothes in the 50s were made to show off a woman's curves!

The one I attached is super cute! I don't know if I will get it or not, but I really do love it!

I'm not engaged yet but we are moving in that direction...I love this dress, and I want to be able to not worry if they have my size in the store, going in trying it on is why I am losing the weight.

I just got home from picking out "the dress". I have not made enough posts to be able to post links... but my dress is Justin Alexander's style 8535.

I had the most amazing non-scale-victory today trying this gown on. It was actually the second time I tried it on, and the sample wouldn't go over my lower waist the first time so we couldn't get a good look... it was all bunched up and yucky. I don't even know why I tried it on again today with my bridesmaids, because I ended up putting it near the bottom of my list, but today when we went to try it, I guess the cleaner eating had me less bloated than two weeks ago, because the gal putting it on me said it was going on easier... then she was able to scoot it into place!

I'm all excited! I'm waiting for a month to put in my order to see if we can get a few inches off the measurements, and I am considering ordering one size down and having a corset back put in.

I'm losing weight for my wedding! I'm getting married in September. I've already bought my dress, because it was The One, and I got it in the size that I am now, just in case, but I have 60 more lbs to go, and I'm sure I can do it!

This is my dress:
