Making my total loss of 22lbs

Im really speechless as ive never lost this much in YEARS .......finally feel im on my way to success.

Ive got along way to go ........another 80lbs but hey im feeling great.

Back on plan & fighting fit

Try not to worry about how much you still have to go, but to be happy with where you are right now You will be at goal before you know it! Congrats
