oh goodness this has happened to me too. I really don't believe I look all that different (especially since I have this crazy curly hair that's really easy to spot) but I've had several people not even recognize me! When I went back to my university to visit some friends another friend of mine walked right past me and did a double take when I called his name! It was hilarious.
Several people returned to my gym and haven't seen me since I was 192 pounds. They stared at me for a while and asked other people if it was me
