square1ate Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2011 Posts: 7	Hi, I just wanted to say, I feel great! Hi everyone , I have lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks of the chaelene extreme program. I do not eat after 5pm. I eat 3 meals 2 snacks. I am still in the 181 + range of 1500 calories. My stomach looks and my arms look good in my t shirt. the t shirt is not as tight.
