Reason: update information
I don't think a large frame explains it all. I have a large frame as well and at 276 I was wearing a 26 in jeans and now at 190ish I am in an 18. I have a lot of muscle mass as I have always lifted weights. Maybe that has something to do with it. Different body types fascinate me.
I think it has to do with the amount of lean muscle you have too. I use to be super fit in my teens to early 20's, at 165lbs I was a size 5! At 240lbs I was a size 16! I've always been strong, and now that I'm back into strength training my muscle is coming back very quickly. Down a size in 2 weeks of starting! I'm more medium framed than large. It's how and where you carry your weight too. Amazing how the body works!
We are within a couple pounds of each other (my high weight was 275) and we have the same chest and hip measurements, but 29" waist? Wow!!!! You are a true hour glass! I bet the waist on pants must be too loose on most things for you. My waist is 33"
omg, yes, pants have the worst fit on me! haha, my waist line is really narrow compared to the rest of my body, but i hate where fat tends to collect instead. arms and thighs and butt! grah!!
Height: 5'10 1/2
Weight: 222.5
Dress Size: I don't know, lately I've been getting 16's and size L but, now those are starting to get loose.
Shirt Size: L in some items and some shirts I like roomy XL
Pant Size: 16, but again I just bought size a size 16 jeans a couple weeks ago and now I keep having to pull them up during the day.
