See, and I thought I was onto something. I guess we are all so different that I can't make assumptions. I just know that between my mom and me, when we weighed the same, we wore very different sizes and dropped sizes very different. She was wearing a 26 at the same top weight and she dropped sizes so unbelievably fast. She had much more of a bumpy/wider bottom than me and I assumed it was because she had a smaller frame so therefore the fat held/clung differently. But... I'm probably full of hot air and should just chalk it up to we are all so very, very different. It's actually amazing with so many shapes that we can look nice in similar styled clothes!

Super top-heavy!

Pants: That depends. I'm pear shaped so if it is meant to be fitted in the hips and thighs, I wear a 12 but most of the time I wear a 10. If I have to wear a 12 for my hips and thighs, chances are it will be too big in the waist.

We are within a couple pounds of each other (my high weight was 275) and we have the same chest and hip measurements, but 29" waist? Wow!!!! You are a true hour glass! I bet the waist on pants must be too loose on most things for you. My waist is 33"
