any tips on how to get nails to grow quicker?

I actually eat a lower protein diet but its all plant based. My nails and hair have been growing like crazy. I don't do anything in particular other than eat lots of veggies.

whew girl ive been a nail biter since i was little and i recently kicked the habit (about 3 or 4 months ago) so congrats on yours being kicked =) i use the nutra nail 5 to 7 day nail growth and the tough cookie hardner from orly. my nails used to be really brittle and break EASY. now they are about half an inch long and i can open my green tea cans with my thumb nail ^^
