I definitely rinse every day, but I only shampoo once or twice a week at most. I used to shampoo every single day because otherwise my hair felt greasy. But now that I've stopped shampooing every day my hair has calmed down and doesn't produce oil the way it used to. It's nice to get away from shampoo chemicals, my hair is noticeably thicker and more manageable.

My routine has not changed. I have been washing my hair every day and I continue to do so. I sweat HORRIBLY when I exercise, but if I exercise in the evening I only rinse my hair (it's 8 pm and I am at home, so why wash) and then my hair will get washed the next morning.

My hair is very fine although I have lots of it (all my stylists always tell me I have such healthy hair and SO MUCH of it - yeah, but it's baby fine so it does NOT look like have tons of it) and I simply have to wash my hair every day because otherwise it would not have any shape. I get up with a bed head every morning and even if my hair is not oily, it sticks in all directions and just combing (or wetting it) does not help, only washing does.
I don't use conditiioner at all.

I have long, fine hair. I have a lot of it, which I am thankful for, and I can make it look like it's not fine, but because it is long and fine it gets limp if I wash it too often. It starts looking fine. So I wash it about three times a week, on days that I don't work out. And, when I end up working out an extra day or getting really sweaty goofing off at the park or some such? I don't wash it. I'll wash my body, but I just let the sweat dry in my hair, and I don't wash my hair until the usual washing day.

I don't even rinse on days I don't wash. I just let the sweat dry, and the next day I use a curling iron of whatever size barrel to give my hair shape.

If my BF starts complaining that my hair smells, I'll start washing it more often. But, so far, despite how much I sweat, the smell of my shampoo and hairspray is apparently stronger than the smell of my sweat. He comments that my hair smells good even after a workout.
