I love my size now so im going to try my best to maintain it. I didnt think I needed to gain anymore weight but I gained 5 more pounds (with ensure plus) and it actually evened out nicely. my stomach looks a little better for some reason haha but my boobs are bigger and I actually have curves now
so I have decided to stay at 127 pounds at 5"8 and half. it works for me i guess.
so anyway, I just want to know how my eating habits are now normally and how i should improve to makesure that I dont gain weight.
usually I eat:
Breakfast: A biscuit with a cereal and skim milk or a biscuit with ham
Lunch- Almost always a (turkey, lettuce, tomato) sandwhich with a green apple, sunchips, carrots and skim milk/ sometimes I get a tuna wrap or a salad
Snack- Usually a slice of whole grain toast, 1 serving of wheat thins or whole grian triscuits, or something small like that with a glass of orange juice or
water.
Dinner- Usually a cup of rice with beans and a glass of water. sometimes Ill have a piece of chicken (baked) with my rice
if im ever hungry again, Ill drink a full glass of water or a couple of fat free crackers.
Is that a pretty good amount of food for maintaining my size? Is there any thing im eating that I shouldnt be? Thanks for the tips.
Also I almost always get 30 minutes of exercise everyday or every other day that usually consists of rollerblading, running or going to the y. I go to the y atleast twice a week.
