Yes, I turned 38 yesterday. I took the day off from my usual fare and indulged in all my favorites. Here's some advice, don't EVER attempt an hour of step aerobics when your belly is full of biscuits and gravey. Ugh! I thought that was going to turn out ugly.
Last night I went out with four girlfriends and we laughed the night away. It was great chat time. Saturday is my birthday date with my hubby and we are going to the hot springs for a dip and ending the evening with some authentic Thai food - my favorite!
I'm not freaking out too much because of all the off plan eating because I've been working out extra hard. So far, the damage has been minimal.
Today was back to the plan. I've had my fill of the sinful stuff and I'm enjoying how wonderful it feels to eat right. Also had a great cardio and weights session this morning. It's a good day!
