I'm on standby for the dog sit. Just have to wait until the clients all know what they are doing. They have to fly across country but are not sure when. Depends on when the doctors think the clients' mom will pass.
Still on standby re dogsit. Spring has been replaced by "almost winter" here - rain, thunderstorms, and then snow flurries. Am putting my parka back on after freezing during the first walk of the day.
Just now, I put on a spring jacket to go to the supermarket. Stepped outside, then put it back in the house. Went out in near 60 degrees F with no jacket! In February. Things aren't normal.
Wednesday was beautiful. I ran outside. Yesterday was cold, and today is even colder. Treadmill for me today. Ugh. And it's my "long run" - so 11 miles on a treadmill. But, I have a good audiobook, so it might be okay.
I "binge watch" shows at the gym when I'm on the elliptical. I find shows I really like and then only watch them there so I can push myself to stay motivated. I'm currently watching How to Get Away with Murder and plan on starting This is Us when I finish HTGAWM (though I've heard This is Us is a tearjerker which could prove interesting at the gym.
Speaking of weird weather stuff it looks like Trixie has picked up a tick. In February in Toronto. Sheesh!
Going to let the vet take it off Monday and show me how to do it. I'm pretty sure she has an infection in there so the vet will have to prescribe antibiotics.
