Returning & Getting Back on Track
Hi everyone,
I don't know how many of you will remember me, but I've been in and out of this forum for about 9 years.
I haven't checked in for a while, and I've had a slight regain. 135 was my original goal and seems like a dream to me now. (Even though I stayed at that weight for several years).
I am at 151 now and working hard to get back on track. Weight loss is harder now...I'm older, and I've been diagnosed with a second chronic illness. However, I know I can do it. Even getting down to 145 would be great. I struggled with a lot of resistance with getting back to losing, but I know I am finally in a good place of feeling ready and determined.
I hope you've all been doing great! It's made me happy to see a lot of familiar faces since I revisited the forum. I'm so glad you guys are sticking with everything.
