Becky~thinking good thoughts for your MIL. Scary.

I had a tough time getting up this morning to exercise. I think my body is ready for the time change. I do yearn to leave for work during the daylight hours instead of o'dark thirty.

Also thinking good, positive thoughts for your MIL. It is encouraging that it was caught early. Years ago, when I was a teenager, my best friend's mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was not caught early and was a very bad kind (my teenage self didn't get the particulars). She remains a happy, healthy, vibrant woman now in her 70s.

ICUwishing, sorry to hear about your MIL but glad it was caught early. I'm sending lots of positive thoughts your way!

I'm not ready for daylight savings time to end. I guess it will be nice when I'm back to going in to the hospital at o-dark-thirty that the sun will be starting to come up, but I just hate coming outside at 5 or 6 pm to darkness already.

Had a few really busy days and didn't have time to check in and I just caught up with the events here. Wow, I was on an emotional roller coaster too worried about Nat! So glad to read she came back and is getting along with the new dog!
Becky, lifting you MIL up in prayer.

Had my first night of the new eight week session at the college last night. Always dread it but it went well. Nice group of students, thank goodness. I just hate that it goes so late. Left at 10:10 and got home at 10:45 then too hyper to sleep till 12. So I slept in till 5:30.

Not liking the time change. We were super productive yesterday and therefore I was super tired and went bed by 9 PM and woke at 3 AM (which is now 2 AM) and really didn't sleep well after that. We were smart and locked the cats out of the room for the night so they couldn't bother us about feeding time but I still woke up. We ended up getting up at 5:30 and here it is not even 9:30 AM and again we've accomplished so much but I feel like I need a nap (which won't happen due to all the things scheduled today). Hoping tomorrow is better.

Chaperoned Homecoming last night.
It was not bad at all but didn't get home till 12:30 so I was happy about moving clocks back. However, I won't like it when it gets dark so early tomorrow!

Taken today at a nature trail near our house. She's a serious girl!
