60 minute spin class, not liking the squats in the beginning at all
60 minute Pilates mat class, a real Pilates class, taught by a sub, who's new enough to have to consult her notes for the next move in the sequence. Still, I got my abs worked, and they've needed it.
NROLW Stage 6, again, just weights, no cardio at all, not beforehand, not afterward. I was done. It's that push-press. I got up to a pair of 30-lb dumbbells. At the moment, I can't imagine lifting anything heavier.
