30 minute StairMaster, hard but doable, due to two consecutive good nights of sleep and trying to calm down
60 minutes shoulders, biceps & triceps routine
60 minutes leg day
April 12: 15 miles running (1:55:05)
2 hours and 20 minutes shoveling and raking chicken coop, scrubbing down walls with bleach and replacing bedding
30 minutes foam rolling
April 12, 13: rest days
April 14: about 3 miles walking on hilly UConn farm
April 15: 10 min on arc trainer, 2.31 miles in 20:00 on treadmill, Bulgarian split squats, calf raises, KB hip thrusts, Roman chair leg raises
Monday, April 14th:
Up at 3 AM to get to JFK, walking in airports and in Savannah all day till about 8 PM, no gym, too tired by 9 PM, no need
Tuesday, April 15th:
30 minutes elliptical, 10 resistance, backward & forward
Free weights, iron hex dumbbells, put together a routine and did this for about 45 minutes
Walking all day, and then I managed about 15 minutes on the elliptical, but I was just too tired, with aching big toe joints
Did one set of 10 reps lunges with dumbbells
One set of 17 goblet squats
Came to my senses -- why am I really doing this after being so active all day? More enacting a senseless ritual, just a gesture toward my usual routine.
April 16: 10 min on arc trainer and 1 mile treadmill running
April 17 AM: 1.25 miles on treadmill, barbell squats, barbell deadlifts, glute bridges, KB hip thrusts, planks
Walking around Savannah, but nothing else. There'll be a backlash for this when I stand on the scale. But right now I'm in denial or free-fall, or maybe I'm just normal for a change.

Yeah, it's called taking a break. Sounds like you need one and you have said that already in previous posts.
