My weights are purple

I don't get Dr. Oz at all! He spews diet after diet. And what's with all the props to illustrate his points? I don't need lifesized props to understand a concept, I'm not a toddler.

Wannabe maybe it means that people are afraid to life weights to get too muscular and the point is lift them you aren't going to gain muscle that easily. Maybe?
