Another thumbs up for shreaded wheat. My go to before I changed my breakfast habits was grape nuts topped with sugar. I wonder if I will ever have that again ? These days fresh fruit, almonds and oats are my go to.
This week was tough TOM mixed with minimal activity and more food than usual. Down .2 pounds ( point two) but I some how feel like I was off plan.....I think I am feeling guilty because I am not losing and moving into maintainance. Is this normal? This was the plan after all but I feel guilty because I am not trying for a lower weight. Or maybe I am secretly wanting to lose more? I can't figure it out.

Next Goal: maintain 90 pounds lost.
