July 8: 95 minutes Bikram Yoga
I *almost* had a second workout today--
I went to the gym for a body pump class but as soon as I got there I got a text from my dd. She is at work but has a migraine and is vomiting. Yuck! So, I went and took care of the doggie she is pet sitting for and came home. Waiting on her to come home now so I can do mommy duty--
July 10: 45 minutes weight lifting (back and biceps)
4 hours and 10 minutes weeding and mulching. OMG my flower beds have never looked SO GOOD! 2 more beds to do and then I am DONE!!!
60 minutes elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals, alternating forward & backward, and happy that a torrential downpour that started up while I was on the machine had played itself out by the time I finished.
