July 30: 5 miles in 46:30 on bike path
July 31: Bench press, shoulder press, leg raises, lat pulldown. Extreme pain from body weight squats. Need to go back to orthopedist

July 31: no bikram today-- car was dead when I tried to leave for yoga..... threw me off my plans but I walked (power walked! I was out of breath!!) for 40 min. to dh's work to pick up his truck so I'd have a vehicle for the day.
Came home in the afternoon and did Insanity-- 45 minutes

Would be great if it wasn't for that chocolate chip cookie that I succumbed to at lunch with dd.
