15 minute Stairmaster warmup, the usual 60 minutes shoulders, bicep & tricep 45 minute spin class Hamstring curls, that quad machine, squats, calf raises, adductor |
June 2: power class, 45 min dog walk

40 min run 45 min dog walk June 2. 40 min weights 20 min stretch 20 min abs 40 min run 45 min dog walk |
June 2: 16 miles running (2:12:11)
12 minutes foam rolling 1:40 gardening |
June 1: 28 minutes elliptical and 60 minutes Zumba class
June 2: 60 minutes body pump class Totals: 2 workouts 148 minutes |
Monday, June 3rd:
45 minute spin class with weight intervals Deadlifts, dumbbell side crunches, cable woodchoppers |
June 1, 2: Unmeasured amounts of walking through Montreal
June 3 AM: Back to the weightroom - DB bench press, DB shoulder press, DB bicep curls, DB lying triceps extensions, seated cable row, 1 mile cooldown run at 7.2 mph, Roman chair leg lifts |
June 3: 10 min elliptical, 45 min spin, 45 min dog walk

June 3 PM: 3.2 mile bike path run, 27:05

June 3: Did not want to do ANYTHING, but couldn't break my streak!
Soooo.... not much but 4.30 mile walk with DH and dogs |
