  • June 10: 10 min elliptical, 45 min spin, 45 min dog walk

  • Tuesday, June 11th:

    30 minutes elliptical, intervals of 11/6 resistance, alternating backward & forward
    60 minutes shoulders, chest and triceps routine
    30 minutes stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine

    Usually I warm up on the Stairmaster, but ... one of the fitness instructors was on it!!! You know how the morning regulars that you always see at the gym during your usual visits seem to respect each individual's routine & machine. And then someone new shows up and gets on someone else's machine. That happened to me with one of the trainers. I pride myself on being flexible over this stuff, or rather, I feign flexibility -- but I was actually somewhat annoyed.
