60 minutes back & biceps routine
Drenched with sweat all through my routine, I find from a glance at the local weather that the humidity level is at 93%, which explains my extreme discomfort, as the gym's airconditioners aren't running yet. It's that unpleasant combination of cool but extremely humid.

Yuck, saef. They had to bring in dehumidifiers in my gym. Especially in the spin room, at the end of class the floor would be wet from the humidity, creating a very unsafe (and gross) situation.
May 23: spin class, 45 min dog walk
May 24: 1 hour mat pilates class, 45 min dog walk, 55 min mowing lawn & blowing driveway

60 minute spin class with weight and resistance band intervals
60 minute Pilates mat class
Also some work on the adductor machine (which has enabled me to do the Teaser, because my legs don't flop open anymore) and the hamstring curl machine
