What a relief to return to the gym.

Friday, May 17th:

30 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine, and hung onto the rails for the last six minutes, when I pride myself on climbing hands free. No, I'm not yet back where I was before I got sick earlier this week. I'm guessing my respiratory capacity is still a little compromised.
60 minutes back & biceps routine

And no Stairmaster afterward. Someone was on it, and I decided I'd cut back, maybe just for today.

5/17:

Almost 2 hours at the gym. 70 minutes running the treadmill and the rest was weight resistance and abs.

Saturday, May 18th:

60 minute spin class with weight and resistance band intervals. My recovery from the flu continues, as I could feel crud deep down in my throat after a breathless round of sprinting.
