    60 minute shoulder, bicep & tricep routine

    Calf raises, leg extension, hamstring, squats, adductor machine
  • May 11:
    -1.25 mile warmup treadmill run
    -Pullups, dips on Gravitron, DB bench press, DB lat raises, tricep cable pulldowns, split squats and front squats, DB clean and press.

    May 12:
    -50 decline pushups, walked around in nature with mom, waited for AAA to come because I locked keys in car

  • May 13:
    -1.5 mile warmup incline walk/run
    -Chinups and dips on Gravitron, barbell curl and front squat with EZ bar, seated cable row, leg lifts, quad leg raises. Feel like I may have tweaked something ELSE.
  • Monday, May 13th:

    Nothing. My first day of absolutely nothing in a long time. I'm sick with a cold. I feel as if I did anything, I'd double over coughing, that hard, unwilling kind of cough that hurts.
