-1.25 mile warmup treadmill run -Pullups, dips on Gravitron, DB bench press, DB lat raises, tricep cable pulldowns, split squats and front squats, DB clean and press. May 12: -50 decline pushups, walked around in nature with mom, waited for AAA to come because I locked keys in car |
May 12: 50 minutes weight lifting (upper body)

Nothing. My first day of absolutely nothing in a long time. I'm sick with a cold. I feel as if I did anything, I'd double over coughing, that hard, unwilling kind of cough that hurts. |
