60 minute spin class with weights and resistance band intervals
60 minute Pilates mat class

And leg work afterward on the machines, squats and calf raises.

60 minutes shoulders, bicep & tricep routine
45 minute straight-up spin class
3X10 70 lbs adductor machine.

Monday, May 6th:

45 minute spin class with weight intervals
Deadlifts with the Olympic bar and plates, rather than a fixed barbell, which always makes me feel so bad@ss
Dumbbell shrugs, dumbbell side crunches, military press
