May 28: tried Group Active class today; it's 20 min of step, 20 min of weights, and 20 min of core/balance/stretching. It was pretty good; I'd do it again. Also 45 min dog walk.

May 29 1 hr circuit weights with abs KCM
20 min stretch
10 min rolling

Felling a little better pretty weak and dizzy,lots of water and food get back to normal

60 minutes elliptical, random intervals, resistance at nine, alternating forward & backward, tough but not destroying me like Monday morning
60 minutes Pilates mat class

Saturday-Monday May 25-27: 8+ hours of dancing a day on average
Tuesday, May 28 and Wednesday, May 29: nothing
Thursday, May 30 AM: Feeble attempt to lift. DB shoulder press, Bulgarian split squats, lat pulldown. Very sad

May 30: about an hour of tennis, singles and doubles, 35 min elliptical, 45 min dog walk. I am at 17,500 steps so far for the day with a swim meet still to go ...

Friday May 31st:

Back to 60 minutes on Stairmaster, resistance at 9, random intervals, which I divided up before & after weights. As always, the second session goes easier than the first.
60 minute back & bicep routine
