15 minute Stairmaster warmup
60 minutes shoulders, bicep & tricep routine
45 minute spin class with a sub who worked us really hard

Tuesday, May 28th:

30 minutes on the Stairmaster, the usual, extremely tough today -- I felt as if I had leaden legs by the end
60 minutes chest, shoulders & tricep routine

Having a hard time letting go of the additional cardio after my lifting session. But I have to keep this up, to see if one hour less of cardio each week is really affecting my weight -- the ostensible reason for my time at the gym -- or if I can let it go & use that time in some other way.
