Do you guys have room for another maintainer, been maintaining and below this month and really NEED a place to track exercise besides MFP. I live in a small town and hardly anyone exercises and my class exercise instructor thinks she invented HIIT and Tabbatta this year??
I am 61 next month, have just taken off a nagging 27 lbs since X mas. ( It was a regain HAPPY FAT?!) Discovered I loved exercise at 56 before that was a total couch potato. Now it's my play time.
Thank you for the consideration.

Friday, April 26th:

30 minutes Stairmaster step mill, resistance at nine, aerobic intervals
60 minutes back & biceps routine
Also added barbell squats, deadlifts and adductor machine for outer hips

But I didn't get back on the Stairmaster for another half hour, as I usually do. I'm experimenting, I guess.
