Friday, April 12th:

30 minutes Stairmaster, resistance at nine, aerobic intervals
60 minutes back and biceps routine

Have to get in another half-hour of cardio today ... but when?

ETA: I didn't. And somehow lived ...

April 11 PM:
-pullups, dips, bench press, lying tricep extensions, leg press 5 x 5 at 200 lb, squats, KB swings. all on an empty stomach as I didn't have time to eat at work - glad I didn't pass out!

April 13: 2 miles on treadmill, barbell and DB overhead press, bent-over/Pendlay rows with barbell, DB Bulgarian split squats, decline situps

April 14: 3.1 miles on bike path, 100 jumping jacks, 3 mile walk

Monday, April 15:

15 minutes warmup, backward, elliptical, manual setting, resistance at eight
30 minutes shoulders, biceps and core workout with the trainer
60 minutes back on the elliptical, resistance upped to nine, random intervals, alternating backward and forward. Felt like I could go forever. Yesterday's run loosened up something.
