60 minutes elliptical, resistance at 10, random intervals, forward & backward, not as good a workout as usual because it was a Life Fitness elliptical at my hotel.
Michele, I suspected from your posts and your attention to detail and your hard work that you'd be good at Bikram yoga. Wish I could take my first class in it with you to watch.
Anytime you want to visit the Bay Area I'd be glad to take you!! I'll let you know if/when I come to New York....
I've also decided that I like to be the "teacher's pet". I was like that as a kid until I became somewhat rebellious as a teenager. Now, in yoga I'm always striving to do my best. Last night in class, the teacher kept saying "great job Michele" and "perfect pose Michele" and I was just beaming like an idiot!

Feb. 12: 90 minutes Bikram Yoga with one of my favorite teachers. She is so positive and sweet. There was a newish girl next to me and the instructor told her to sit out of one of the poses and watch me. She said, "Watch her-- she's good". It made my evening! I made sure I did that pose perfect (or as close to it as I can!).
Feb. 14: 90 minutes Bikram Yoga-- slightly smaller class due to Valentine's but not much smaller. I expect the later class (6:30-8:00) was probably not well attended.
Feb 15 PM:
-4 mile jog/run on bike path. The first two miles were "terrible" and the last two were just "strenuous." I need to get into better running shape!

Crammed into planes for six hours, walking in airports carrying a heavy carryon without wheels, strolling in a city & in museums, and walking around old ruins on a tour
Tuesday, Feb. 19th
60 minute spin class with three weight intervals
