Valentine's Day, Feb. 14th:

60 minutes elliptical, alternating backward and forward, resistance at nine, random intervals, a much harder workout on the Octane Fitness brand elliptical at my gym
60 minutes Pilates mat class

I've also decided that I like to be the "teacher's pet". I was like that as a kid until I became somewhat rebellious as a teenager. Now, in yoga I'm always striving to do my best. Last night in class, the teacher kept saying "great job Michele" and "perfect pose Michele" and I was just beaming like an idiot!

Feb 15 PM:
-4 mile jog/run on bike path. The first two miles were "terrible" and the last two were just "strenuous." I need to get into better running shape!

Friday, Feb. 15th:
45 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, resistance at nine, random intervals, getting in some gym time before showering & heading to the airport

Saturday, Feb. 16th through Monday, Feb. 18th:
Crammed into planes for six hours, walking in airports carrying a heavy carryon without wheels, strolling in a city & in museums, and walking around old ruins on a tour

Tuesday, Feb. 19th
60 minute spin class with three weight intervals
