Friday, Jan. 11th:

30 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, resistance at nine, aerobic intervals (Trying an even split for my cardio duration, instead of 20/40 -- just for a change.)
60 minutes back & biceps routine
30 minutes back on the Stairmaster to finish it out.

Sunday, Jan. 13th:

15 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, resistance at nine, random intervals
60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine
45 minutes spin class, straight-up spin. Could feel the woman on my left always looking at me in class, even turning her head slightly. Hadn't seen her in any spin classes before so she may have been learning the "choreography" of the various positions we go through, though she didn't tell the instructor she was new before class began. Now in January many instructors are starting the classes by asking the room in general if anyone is new to whatever we're doing. Particularly for spin so that they can fit the new people correctly to their bikes.
