Tuesday, Dec. 4th:
15 minutes Stairmaster, the usual, resistance at nine
60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine. Oh, it's a sad thing, to have both visible muscles and still, the swinging underarms due to loose skin.

Don't I know it.
I try to focus on the muscles when I see that in the mirror at yoga or the gym.

Wednesday, Dec. 5th:
45 minute spin class, straight through, in the evening, when I usually do this in the morning. This instructor had lots of standing sprints, which wore me out early.
