Friday, 12/7:
-30 min weights: overhead DB press, DB bench press, situps with 25# DB tricep extensions, renegade rows, lunges (pulled my groin, ouch)
-13 min steadyish state jogging on treadmill

Friday, Dec. 7th:

20 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine
60 minutes back & biceps routine
40 minutes elliptical, intervals at 6 and 10, entirely going backward

Hating working out in the evening on a Friday.

Saturday, Dec. 8th:

60 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance dropped to eight
This was really tough.

Saturday, 12/9:
-Walking through Manhattan, I would estimate 5-6 miles at a good clip.

Sunday, 12/10:
-2.31 miles in 20 minutes HIIT on treadmill
-10 minutes rowing on ERG machine
-Situps with a dumbbell + renegade rows

My son is home sick today, so that is throwing a wrench into my workout plans.
