Default 1 month in and still maintaining!

My first month of maintaining has come and gone and I seem to be doing ok! I've been weighing myself once a week and I have finally gotten my weight to fluctuate! I've been letting myself eat a bit more than when I was on my diet, but no where near the amount that I was before the diet. I'm still careful on what and how much I eat and not really following any plan, except for still keeping an eye on calories. I think if I keep this up it won't be to hard to maintain like this long term

Congratulations! The first month is always a bit of a wild card. Your weight will always fluctuate a bit (with me it's about 5 pounds), but as long as you take action as soon as you cross the upper limit of your range, you'll be fine.

Great!! Many find the first 6 months or so to be the most difficult phrase of this whole diet "journey". I'm thrilled for you that it's been so manageable this far. Keep up the good work and positive attitude.

thanks guys! It was a bit overwhelming the first few weeks of maintaining but it got a little bit easier, I just hope things don't change down the road, I really do not want yo yo with my weight loss.
