L - leftover stir fry on soba noodles
D - chicken tabbouleh, turnips
S - melon, string cheese
E - yoga, some pilates type stuff

S - PB crackers
D - pasta w/veg sauce and chicken
E - 20 min run plus warmup and cooldown

Saturday:

D - pizza, breadsticks
E - 2 mile run, 23 mins, plus wu/cd.
Sunday:
B - oatmeal squares, raspberries, peaches
L - leftover pizza
D - salad w/guac sauce, salsa burger, roasted beets
E - dog walk
Monday:
B - oatmeal squares, raspberries, peaches, skim milk
L - leftover salad & burger
D - thai basil chicken on rice, cucumber salad
E - walk

E - short run on treadmill

L - leftover pasta stuff, 2 breadsticks, banana
D - kofte pita sandwich, carrot salad
E - headed out for a walk now.
