Default Eating behaviour the day before weigh-in

Hi all,

I've fallen into a pattern of weighing myself twice a week, on Wednesday and Sunday morning. I've noticed that I tend to eat a little cautiously on the days before weigh-in -- slightly fewer calories and definitely less sodium. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Anyone else notice similar tendencies?

Definitely. I weigh myself only once every 2-3 weeks, but the night before a weigh-in, I always tend to be a bit more cautious with dinner.

Absolutely, I'm extremely careful the day before weigh-in :

On a lighter note I had a wonderful supportive Weight Watchers leader once who admitted that she became so fixated on reaching a goal number that she weighed in without her prosthetic breasts (she had had a double mast). It really brought up to her how we was, just possibly, obsessing more than was reasonable about the number!

To me it didnt really matter, until last week when I had a treat meal the night before weight in. Definitely not doing that again...
