I doubt my water weight will be gone before I leave on vacation. Oh well, I guess that just means I won't have to gain it the first two days of vacation!

L - lean cuisine, roasted cabbage, piece of garlic bread
S - lf greek yogurt + honey
D - light mac & cheese and steamed broccoli, carrot cake, cherry pie, beer
E - yoga/pilates

I don't know if I'll continue posting here or not. My shipment from Nutrisystem arrives tomorrow, so meals will be rather structured.

D~not sure...I meant to take some fish out to thaw. May still do that, and have salad with it.
I will be all alone again! Maybe someone else will join me in January.
