I definitely eat more than usually around the holidays. But I am still careful about what I eat. I don't eat really sweetened stuff like candie yams. I'll try to get more serving of the vegetables, esp. the corn and broccoli. Also, try to eat the white meat of turkey, not the dark. Good luck!
