Hey mkendrick! Glad to see you around...sorry to hear you and so many others are also struggling with the "5 lbs above happy weight" thing. I'm totally there too. I stayed pretty solidly around 130-134 for a while which is not amazing but is OK, but recently I've been over 135 every day for a few weeks and I HATE it. I'm not sure how noticeable it is to other people, but I definitely see the difference and feel like a gross failure.
Today I had one totally on-plan day for the first time in...yeah, weeks and weeks. Seeing 140 on the scale this morning (after an indulgent weekend) was terrifying and means that I have "officially" gained back HALF the weight I lost. That's not OK.
