Ok, so I wasn't going to post this, but I just couldn't help myself!
I've now lost 75 lbs.(as of this morning)!!! That is just so cool! I'm feeling kind of elated about it actually. I'm only in my first month of maintenance but I feel like this time, I can really keep it off. When I was in high school and before I gained my Freshman 15 (and then some!) in college, I weighed 145 lbs. I'm not sure if I should go that low because I doubt I had this kind of muscle back then, plus I have some extra skin.....I'm just gonna keep doing what feels comfortable to me and see where it takes me, but I'm just super proud of myself at this moment.
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below:
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
