Thanks thighless one Nope never heard of Cache, going to have to check it out!
Thanks fromthebox, you've done FABU, I'm sure you could wear the top too and you would rock it! FYI, I like your top, it looks like a VS, and I have one in white!
Ok, being I posted what I had originally ordered I just thought I'd share what happened today. I was window shopping online & I hopped on the VS website to look at their boots & I looked into my shopping cart & realized that the yoga tops I ordered a few weeks back, were NOW on sale for $4 cheaper & the yoga pants were now $10 cheaper & the winter jacket was $38 cheaper!
WTF, seriously???? Being the prices were so good, I decided to order up some additional colors of the yoga pants & yoga tops being they fit me so well. I told the gal that I liked the fit being I had ordered these same items a few weeks ago at a higher price & she said she could do a price adjustment for me & credit my account for the difference! Woo Hoo, music to my ears, so she done did & now me thinks, VS rocks! Being I have additional credit on my credit card, NOW I'm a woman on a mission in search of a pair of thigh high boots for fall/winter. Anybody know of a good site or brand? Oh yeah, I'm not looking for the stiletto style (F-Me) boots, ha ha , I just want a stylish pair that has a chunkier heel.

Fashion find update-
Well I found the type of boots I was wanting & got these being I didn't want to pay a lot being I have several pairs of harley boots (cha-ching) that I sport most of the time..
http://www.fancyla.com/index.php/bam...igh-boots.html
& I also got myself this pair too, I love them both & a gal can never have too many boots!
http://www.maurices.com/product/inde...uctId=12006700
I recently got this workout top & bottom too- I so love the back of this tank as it truly shows my sculpted backage.
http://www.activewearusa.com/store/p...idproduct=3159
I'm going to pick up a few new things for Spring just because it is always nice to have some new stuff to mix & mingle with all of the clothes that I already have! I am wanting a pair of nice white church capri's. Yanno holy (holey) ones down the thighs to show a lil bit of tan-age, this is my next shopping mission.
Anybody else get their shopping spree on or thinking about Spring shopping perhaps?

Wendalyn, those links have just confirmed my suspicions. You are a sexy lady my friend!
I just bought myself a new pair of jeans. They're kind of a cross between trouser and high-waisted 70s style jeans. I've been trying to find a pair within my price range--yeah TJ Maxx. It'll be a nice change from all of the skinny jeans I usually wear. I also bought a super cute tshirt with ruching on the hips, a cardigan, a long asymmetrical sweater and cute sunglasses. Oh, and I just bought a new pair of sandals, http://www.bonton.com/shop/shoes/san...er_362735.html. My DD24 moved out this fall after her marriage and took all of her cute gladiators. What's a girl to do? I'm beginning to think I have a problem...

I'm pretty much down to shopping at Eddie Bauer for casual and Banana Republic for some "dressier" clothes. Here are my latest 2 BR purchases. The blouse in the second photo is what I bought - it's already sold out in less than 3 days and has been taken off the site - WHEW!
http://bananarepublic.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=6867&vid=1&pid=462989&scid=46298902 2
http://bananarepublic.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=48422&vid=1&pid=423464&scid=4234640 22
I have to have everything altered anyway re sleeve and leg length.
It's hard being right on the edge of petite and regular (I'm 5'4") and having muscles. The sleeves on most petite clothes are the right length but I can usually not see that as the clothes won't go on over my shoulders! And petite styles are also kinda "precious".
Ah well, I'm mostly a jeans and tee shirts (anyone seen threadless tees - cute!) kinda woman anyway.

So the Banana Rep. pants have to go back. Their "regular" length is 4" too long on me. And they make my thighs look like tree trunks (light-coloured pants - what was I thinking ).
The blouse is gorgeous! Nice fit in the shoulders and the 3/4 length sleeves are full length on me and look good. The fabric is sheer without being gross. I love animal prints (this is a muted beige/grey/leopard) but they can't be shiny. This is a lovely matte finish and doesn't feel as "plastic" as some polyester clothes do. But the blouse is very low cut - had to dig out my beige lacy lingerie to try it on with. A keeper!
I secretly really am Steven Tyler - at least as far as my fashion sense goes.

Yep, he does have some great looking clothes, I saw him in a full length white coat that I loved. About pants I have to wear petite sizes , I try not to buy things that have to be altered. Talbot's have some great looking pants a petite inseam is 28" , perfect for me.

I have a clothing question. Last summer I bought the most wonderful no-iron white button-down shirt from Chico's. It's absolutely perfect in every way. I love it (can you tell?). I went to put it on the other day and noticed that on one arm, near the bicep area, there is an L-shaped tear that has started to fray just a bit. Do any of you think that if I were to take it to a tailor that they could repair it? I'd go buy another one but they're not making this style any longer (and seriously, I tried on a couple dozen before I found this one--I have broad shoulders and this one fits me perfectly).

What I have done with those kind of tears is turn it inside out and press on a small piece of iron on tape.

I thought of that, but am thinking I need something on the other side of the tape. I do have the tape. How do I iron it on without it sticking to the iron or the other side of the sleeve?

Place a small piece of matching cotton or muslin on the other side of the tape. I would consider running a small zig-zag stitch along the tear if it's not too noticeable. Another option is to try ebay. You know the brand, style and size. I found my white, wrinkle free Eddie Bauer button down on ebay. You might have to be patient though. I think I waited 4 months for mine to appear.

You only use a small piece of the iron on tape. There is not enough that would stick to the iron or even the ironing board.

Great boots! If I bought a pair like the one in your first link (which I especially love) I'd look like a giraffe on stilts. That said, I DID buy a pair of modestly high-heeled sandals (3") last summer, for the first time in over 30 years. They'll bring my height up to 6'2", but in a perverse way I'm looking forward to the stares I'm bound to get when wearing them.

I showed the hole to my MIL, she thinks it needs a patch on the inside and iron it on with the sticky stuff. It's a pretty large hole--my finger tip can fit through. I suppose once it's patched I can still wear it to work, but perhaps not for good any longer. ((sigh))

If there is actually a hole the iron on may not work. Is it in a location that you could hide it by embroidery , a flower , an initial or something ?Or if alse fails you can cut the sleeves off and make it a sleeveless blouse. I had a Diane von Furstenburg blouse that I just loved, it had a 3 cornered tear in it, I patched it with iron on tape and wore it for quite awhile until it got too big.
