Hi ladies! I love reading your updates! I have been doing the half hour on the treadmill on a daily basis but... Today I started JM30DShred. Has anybody been through it? My plan is to do it for the 30 consecutive days. Hopefully it gets me to lose the final 5 pounds! Maintaining a loss of 62 pounds so far.
I can see additional changes in my body and the way my clothes fit even with half pound losses, I love it!
