L - leftover pasta and veg sauce
S - kids scoop of mint chip ice cream (Baskin Robbins)
D - @in-laws' house - two glasses of wine, 1 pc bread w/cheese, salad w/vinaigrette and feta and dried cranberries, roasted carrots, small portion rotisserie chicken, bowl of tortellini soup, 1 mini spanakopita, roll w/butter, 1/2 pc pumpkin pie, pc choc bundt cake
E - 75 min moderate/vigorous yoga class
Sunday:
B - shredded wheat, strawberries, skim milk
L - leftover pasta and veg sauce
S - blueberries
D - spinach salad (w/lf honey mustard, dried cranberries, candied pecans, blue cheese), 2 pcs bread w/garlic oil, 1 pc regular lasagna, 1 pc ww veggie lasagna primavera, three slices watermelon
E - walking around the zoo some
Monday:
B - raisin bran, strawberries, skim milk
L - leftover pasta and veg sauce
S - two pcs angel food cake w/frosting
D - seoul-ful chicken with minted cucumbers, steamed chinese broccoli, rice
S - spoon of PB, some raisin bran w/skim milk
E - 30 min walk
Tuesday:
B - raisin bran, blueberries, skim milk
L - leftover ww lasagna primavera
S - banana
D - leftover chicken/chinese broc/cucumbers/rice
S - choc chips

E - 18 mins stationary bike, some crunches
