Congrats Lori! Sorry I'm a bit late to the party here. I did actually think, on March 4th, "Hey, it's March 4th, wasn't there someone on 3FC who had an anniversary today?" I was right, even though I didn't remember it was you!
Bravo, Lori! You have done such a wonderful job totally changing your lifestyle. Keep it up! I'd at least take part of that $8000 and go on a shopping spree!

Today is my husbands 30 year anniversary at his job, and he is now eligible for retirement! YAY! He won't be retiring anytime soon, but now if his company would decide to make job cuts (again!), he can retire with full pension if it would come to that. Anyway, since we both had anniversaries we decided to go on a little mini trip this weekend! Kansas City, here we come! Hopefully we make it back not too many pounds later! (just kidding) Looking forward to some good BBQ! Oh and shopping!
Okay, so just a litle update. We made it to KC and after a (too big) lunch at Smokehouse BBQ, we headed to our hotel. I was feeling pretty guilty about the extras I ate at lunch and was full and miserable when low and behold, our room number turned out to be 333. That number haunts me everywhere I go!!! Needless to say, I have taken the steps instead of the elevator every time I have gone down stairs!! I think I'll skip the big breakfast at ihop this morning and eat the oatmeal I brought for myself.
