Saturday 10/30
B/L - raisin bran, skim milk
S - pasta w/sauce and parmesan
S - portions of tortillas, bites of guacamole
D - Halloween party - 2 dark and stormys, one puff pastry cheese pumpkin, small slice of ghost pizza, four bacon-wrapped prunes, two wings, some chips with guacamole, half a pumpkin cupcake, brownie, slice of no-bake cheesecake, small piece of apple tart, handful of candy corn and choc-covered peanuts
E - ran 3 miles w/doggie (35 mins) plus warmup and cooldown
Sunday 10/31
B - raisin bran, skim milk
S - half a yogurt parfait from Starbucks
L - gnocchi with chicken sausage, onion, gruyere, garlic, spinach
S - no-bake cheesecake
D - cooking light beef stew provencale, slice of bread
S - fun size halloween candy - 2 reese's cups, 1 snickers, 1 milky way, 1 heath bar, 1 kit kat, 1 almond joy, 2 twix, 1 whoppers, handful of candy corn/choc covered peanuts
E - swam 1 mile (49 mins)
