THanks for bumping up this thread, it reminded me that it is almost time for my annual exam again! Something I no longer dread!
To answer your question, I lost all my weight by "simple" calorie counting. I wrap quotations around the word simple because the concept is simple...I ate less calories than my body needed to function and so it dipped into my fat storage and used up that massive fuel supply. Simple concept, but sometimes not so simple to do. Takes time, perseverance, and in my case, a whole lotta praying.
