July 14: 60 minutes arc trainer, 35 minutes Pilates routine from my notes
July 15: 55 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes Pilates class (still lamenting the lost 5 minutes on the elliptical -- but I started late & needed some cooldown time before Pilates)
July 16: 60 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes weights
July 17: 45 minutes spin class, 60 minutes Pilates class
July 18: 45 minutes spin class, 60 minutes weights
July 9: rest day
July 10: brick!
- 60 min bike ride negative split, 13.8 miles
- 30 min run negative split, 2.4 miles
Later in the day a couple hours walking around an art museum.
July 11: swim @ hotel pool, 30 mins, not sure on distance but I did intervals. Later in the day a few hours walking around the zoo.
July 12: rest day, dog walk tonight if it doesn't rain.
July 14: swim as follows:
- 6 laps warmup swim
- 4x50yd fast, 10s rest
- 2 cooldown laps
Total time: 16 min, not including the 10s rest portions

July 15: 32 min 6.75 mile bike ride with a couple accels
July 19: 60 minutes arc trainer, 45 minutes Pilates routine on my own, based on class
July 20: 60 minutes weights, 45 minute spin class
July 21: 60 minutes arc trainer, 45 minutes Pilates routine
July 22: 60 minutes elliptical, fit in just before a four & a half hour drive
July 23: 60 minutes stationary bike, 60 minutes weights @ gym near my mother's
July 24: 60 minutes elliptical (Nautilus, very squeaky), 40 minutes Pilates routine periodically interrupted by my mother's inquisitive cat, who really wanted to lie down on the mat & get his chin scratched & his stomach rubbed
July 25: 60 minutes stationary bike, 45 minutes of weights
July 26: 60 minutes elliptical (Life Fitness, didn't like it much), no time for more
July 27: 60 minutes stationary bike, 60 minutes weights
July 28: 60 minutes squeaky Nautilus elliptical, then packing & long drive home
July 29: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minute Pilates class
July 30: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minutes weights
July 31: 45 minute spin class, 60 minute Pilates class
Jessica, know that I am with you -- though not training diligently toward a goal, like you -- only I tend to reuse the same post by updating it daily. (Same way that I reuse my water bottles, actually.) Which doesn't help bump the thread.
