Hi Kitty!

Today:
english muffin, morningstar sausage X 2, pepper jack cheese slice X 1
blackberries
ordering pizza in for a b-day celebration.....okay peeps, here's the plan! 1 slice pizza, generous salad serving, no cake. That's right. No cake, baby!
greek yogurt, the rest of the blackberries
dinner: TBD (cause that worked SO well last night [/sarcasm] )

3 mile run tonight!

ETA: skipped the blackberries in the morning, stuck with a small piece of pizza and salad for lunch. Did eat a piece of cake.

So dinner last night was more pizza, baklava, and part of a blueberry muffin. I came to my senses and fed the rest of the pizza and muffin to the dog.

Actively avoided the scale today (btw, this is all kind of embarassing, I guess that I'm hoping my honesty will help me get on track and provide some kind of support to other people who are struggling. I'm not proud of these choices....)

Today:
english muffin, morningstar, pepperjack cheese, coffee
3 mile run
greek yogurt, berries
spinach, mushrooms, turkey, RF beans, red chile, avocado if it's ripe
1 hr weights
protein shake

I'm going to jump in with you midwife and post yesterday's food-palooza... Letting other people see my crazy might help them realize they aren't alone out there... I did weigh this morning, but it was ugly...

B: fruit/yogurt/protein smoothie, coffee
S: 10 in shell unsalted pistachios (having to shell them makes me slow down and not eat 20+), think thin cookies & cream bite
L: Mediterranean salmon salad, french bread & toffee nut cookie from Panera
D: little bacon cheeseburger & fries from Five Guys
S: plain oikos w/ honey & bear naked maple walnut granola post workout
E: 45 mins strength training in the PM, 30 mins yoga in the AM
See, I start and end strong. It is the middle that kills me...

Today:
B: fruit/yogurt/protein smoothie, coffee
S: 10 in shell unsalted pistachios
L: grilled chicken salad
S: blueberries/blackberries/strawberries, pb&j before run
D: most likely salad again - have two heads of lettuce that are going to go bad soon...
S: greek yogurt w/ honey and granola if I have the calories
E: yoga in the AM done, planning run after work

I swear I'll be good today.

I wish I was less busy. It would be helpful. Eating is still OK.

Yesterday -
B - Bagel thin, cream cheese, turkey
S - Edamame
L - Chicken skewer, whole wheat couscous, asparagus
S - Protein Shake
D - Chicken and broccoli stirfry, brown rice
S - NSA Ice Cream

E - 80 min mega run, I think. I don't want to do that with roofing contractors here, but think they are leaving shortly. Otherwise it'll be 45 min incline training now and 35 min of intervals later.

E - some walking in the morning

Monday:
B - oatmeal, raisins, pumpkin butter, skim milk

D - leftover cheese ravioli

Wow. I'm kind of impressed that I remembered all that. While I made pretty good choices at most of the restaurants, I probably undid them with the desserts later. I am such a sucker for desserts.
